Worship Practise: Every Sunday at 1.30 - 3.30pm
..."indeed it came to pass, when the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the Lord, and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the Lord, ... that the house, the house of the Lord, was filled with a cloud, so that the priests could not continue ministering because of the cloud; for the glory of the Lord filled the house of God." 2 Chronicles 5:13,14
What is Corporate Worship?
..they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the Lord, .. 2 Chronicles 5:13
sense of unity in Christ - corporate declaration and of unison. Where there is unison there will be common understanding in same purpose, same focus binding in Christ like minded.
Let all things be done decently and in order." 1 Corinthians 14:40
orderly manner - It should be a situation to avoid distraction. It is important for singers and musicians to have a sense of commitment and passion to put on the best not as outwardly but unto God. If the trumpets blow in different direction, timing and tone, how would be the environment be? Even in singing with different tune, some slow and some fast it only create distraction.
"but let all those that put their trust in Thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because Thou defendest them: let them also that love Thy name be joyful in Thee." Psalm 5:11
Joyfully - let there be joy in our hearts when we worship God. God desire a joyful heart where there is sense of trust and hope. It is ok to worship in tears not of sorrow but an overwhelming joy and hope in him. It all about your heart God desire.
